How does the permanent makeup process work?
n many cases, older permanent makeup can be corrected or redone, but it depends on how deep and old the pigment is, its tone, and how your skin behaves. Sometimes it’s better to wait until the color fades a bit, or to plan the work across multiple visits. If the pigment is very dark or has an unwanted undertone, achieving the desired result may take more than one step.
Before the procedure, we recommend a consultation with a specialist. You can bring references or describe your goal — we’ll explain what’s realistically achievable, suggest the most suitable shape and shade, and outline the healing process. We also choose the technique based on your skin type and consider any limitations to keep the result as natural-looking as possible.
You can book a free consultation online, or come for a walk-in during opening hours. If you come with friends, we offer discounts for two or more people who want permanent makeup at the same time.
If you need to cancel, please let us know as early as possible; a deposit refund request (if a deposit was paid) is possible no later than 3 days before the procedure, otherwise the deposit is non-refundable. You can also get a price estimate online — just email the service type, the area, and optionally photos. Consultations, recommendations, and basic aftercare instructions are free.

First, we have a consultation to agree on the design, placement, size, and style. Then we prepare the artwork and adjust it together. Before tattooing, the design is transferred to the skin using a stencil, everything is checked again, and the tattooing begins. At the end, you’ll receive aftercare instructions and the tattoo will be covered with a protective film.
Pain varies from person to person and depends on the placement and your sensitivity. We recommend getting good sleep, eating beforehand, and coming rested and hydrated. Avoid alcohol and drugs for at least 24 hours before the session. If you take medication or have any health conditions, let us know in advance.
Surface healing usually takes 2–4 weeks, and full healing can take longer depending on size and placement. Follow the recommended hygiene routine, wash the tattoo gently, use the recommended ointment/cream, and keep it clean. Avoid pools, saunas, bathing, direct intense sun, and do not scratch or pick scabs.
Yes, we offer both touch-ups and cover-ups. It depends on the size, age, color, and placement of the existing tattoo. During a consultation, we’ll assess the options and recommend the best solution for the best possible result.
You can come with your own design or inspiration. We also offer our own artwork and custom designs. Before tattooing, we’ll adjust everything so the design fits your body, size, and the style you want.
